Luo Xing (1922.5-1994.10), alias Luo Xiaoxin, a native of Shanghai, graduated from the Department of Architecture of Shanghai Hudai in 1942, and was engaged in architectural interior and exterior design, and began to engage in the creation of comic strips and illustrations in 1949 for many years, and then taught at the Shanghai School of Arts and Crafts.
